Yellowray goldfields, also known as Yellow Rayed Lasthenia, are a type of flowering plant native and endemic to California. This small, annual herb grows to be about 12-36 inches tall, with narrow, smooth-edged leaves and yellow, daisy-like flowers. This species is often found in grasslands, meadows, and other open, sunny areas. Drought-tolerant and can thrive in a variety of soil types. Prefers full sun to partial shade and is fairly quick to establish.
