Southwest Transitional Wildfire Resistant Blend

Our Southwest Transitional Wildfire Resistant Blend has been designed to slow or even stop the progress of a wildfire. This blend consists of plant materials that remain green throughout the summer, and are low-growing and resistant to fire. Ideal for use throughout the drier areas of southern and central Utah, central Nevada and parts of the Four Corners states.

This blend produces a stand that will contain approximately:

• 25% Western Wheatgrass


• 25% Sandberg Bluegrass


• 20% Streambank Wheatgrass


• 20% Indian Ricegrass


• 10% Bottlebrush Squirreltail
