Southwest Desert Sheep Forage Blend

Our Southwest Desert sheep pasture blend is specifically designed to withstand the hot, dry climate of southeastern California, southern Nevada, Arizona and southwestern New Mexico. This blend contains a selection of grasses and legumes designed to provide nutrient-dense, palatable forage for your sheep, lambs and lactating ewes. This blend also contains birdsfoot trefoil and chicory which will help control internal parasites in sheep and lambs.

This blend produces a pasture that will contain approximately:

• 50% Bermudagrass
• 25% Tall Fescue (endophyte free)
• 10% White Clover
• 10% Birdsfoot Trefoil
• 5% Chicory
