Our Southwest Desert sheep pasture mix is specifically designed to withstand the hot, dry climate of southeastern California, southern Nevada, Arizona and southwestern New Mexico. This mix contains a selection of grasses and legumes designed to provide nutrient-dense, palatable forage for your sheep, lambs and lactating ewes. This mix also contains birdsfoot trefoil and chicory which will help control internal parasites in sheep and lambs. This mix produces a pasture that will contain approximately:
50% Bermudagrass
25% Tall Fescue (endophyte free)
10% White Clover
10% Birdsfoot Trefoil
5% Chicory
