Indiangrass

Indiangrass is a warm-season perennial bunchgrass native to the prairies of central and eastern North America. It can grow up to seven feet tall and produces large plume-like seed heads. Very beautiful ornamental qualities. Indiangrass tolerates a wide range of soil conditions and produces high quality forage in its early stages and fair quality forage when it’s mature. It can be grown without irrigation in areas receiving at least 14 inches of annual precipitation.
