Chaparral yucca, also known as "Our Lord's Candle", is a flowering shrub that literally stands out from the rest! This attention-grabbing plant can grow up to 12 feet tall. By far our tallest flower, chaparral yucca can quickly grow its tall stem topped with elegant bell-shaped white flowers. At its base, spiky leaves grow to provide beautification even outside of the blooming period. This perennial has low water requirements and thrives in full sunlight.
Host plant: yucca moth, yucca giant skipper, white-lined sphinx, naval orange worm, and the yellow-striped armyworm moth. Also attracts California thrashers
